In my exposure and communications with Jason Aaron Osgood, he was EXTREMELY hostile to even the most polite criticism or disagreement, and in general was more interested in acting childish than in acting constructive. I am a solid Democrat, but I would rather abstain from voting than vote him into ANY position of authority. I feel strongly also about this cause, and I may even be willing to contribute some time myself. My son has to volunteer at least 6 hours of work to a politically-oriented (or better yet, a civil liberties-oriented) organization. He may be the person that you need to research and obtain the non-profit status you seek. In addition, he and I are both musicians (I am a full-time professional and recording artist) and we may be able to help out in that way also. He was a good friend of mine and I can't believe he did this to himself! Thank you for your blog about him, you did a good job. I met him when he moved into the playhouse when victor had it, then caleb took over. our birthdays are 2 days apart and we liked to celebrate that when we were in the same part of the country anyway. RIP my friend Caleb. I have some pics of some of his paintings. I will always cherish them. I just did a web search for Caleb and what a shock! My memories of him will always be fond ones, and I knew him as a very authentic, compassionate, sensitive individual in a way that stood apart from his other many unique qualities.We became friends in 1994, right after he moved to Seattle, and had remained in touch over the years and through many adventures. Unfortunately, we'd lost touch after he came through Seattle in fall '07.
